About the author
I am a young biologist, born in Elgoibar in 1987, a small town near the coast in the Basque Country. I studied Biology in the University of the Basque Country in Bilbao, and nowadays I am carrying out my PhD about the ecology of the alpine long-eared bat (Plecotus macrobullaris) in the same university.
Lover of nature and new technologies, in this webpage I have fusionated my two passions. I have taken a lot of photographies of nature since I was a child, and I thought it was worth sharing the photos instead of keeping them just for me, and show to everybody the splendid richness of our environment.
I try to do mountain trips carrying my camera and lenses as much as possible, and also my job helps me in my personal hunting of natural pictures, as I spend almost all the summer working in the mountains.
